Fresno Citizens for a Strong Economy (FCSE) is a group of community members who have joined together to ensure that Downtown Fresno is restored to a culturally vibrant and economically thriving city center in their collective lifetimes. FCSE asks you to join them in their commitment by taking the “I Believe in Downtown Fresno” pledge. If you are ready to make a great downtown for our city, FCSE invites you to take the pledge and let everyone know that YOU believe in Downtown Fresno.
